Some of it may be related to small business, some of it may be related to how we use technology in our lives. One thing is clear. Technology is everywhere and impacts us on a daily basis.

A bit about me

When I first started in the field of technology, I thought that all I needed was a computer and a problem. Boy, was I wrong. We see this proliferating today. There are many technologies looking for problems to solve. It was when I started to listen to people and their frustrations with technology that I knew how I could support them. No tech-speak, no talking down to people, just patience and validating that I understood what they were trying to do and of course get it done. As I start my own business, this has become clearer.

Help me take less time/effort on all the tasks I don’t like to do so I can spend more time focused on the tasks I enjoy.

When most people think of Technology Services companies, they think of PCs and computer support. While this is indeed a part of technology services, there’s a whole lot more to it than that. In fact, many businesses today don’t even have computers. They are running their business on tablets and mobile devices.

Where I try to differentiate myself is in the fact that I try to take a holistic view, not just at the technology, but at the applications, the processes, and the business to fully understand what you are trying to accomplish and work with you to make it as simple, reliable, and easy as possible.
