My name is Greg Lowe. I've been in technology services for 40 years — long enough to have watched a lot of "the next big thing" come and go. That context is useful: it helps me tell the difference between what's genuinely valuable and what's noise. I've worked with companies from early-stage startups to Fortune 100s. And honestly? I'm more excited about what technology can do for small businesses right now than I've ever been.

I lead with listening. Not to figure out what to sell you, but to understand what you're actually trying to get done — then explain how to get there without the jargon.

Small businesses rarely get real technology advice without a large budget or a complex contract behind it. I started 802 Tech to change that. Whether the challenge is a broken process, a network that won't cooperate, figuring out which AI tools are actually worth your time, or just having someone you can call — that's exactly what I'm here for.

I also give back where I can. I've volunteered over 60 hours at a local public library, improving and documenting their technology setup from the ground up. Small organizations with big missions deserve good technology too.
